You'll be the primary technical point of contact for assigned accounts -- their trusted advisor who can guide them through implementation and beyond. You have an uncanny ability to translate complex business requirements into sophisticated technical solutions without losing sight of goals.
You’ll be joining an experienced team working to develop tools to help our customers identify and respond to toxic behaviors harming their online communities. Much of the work will involve developing user interfaces, visualizations for showing complex relationships, massive amount of data, and user workflows.
