Tarah Luster is Cofounder and Executive Director of Project B3. a nonprofit organization with peer-to-peer mentorship programs designed to educate students, parents, and teachers on how to build digitally responsible communities, promoting online child safety. Their slogan is: "Be safe. Be smart. Be kind."

Project B3 is leading a movement for kids to inspire present and future generations to be digitally responsible. Their program positions older students as role models for younger students to help them develop a healthy and informed relationship with the internet and social media.
